Refund and Return Policy
At Digital Fresh a customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent, hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and options.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have , 30-days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. 
3. Return Shipping & Address

  • Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. Packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at onetimer15@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To expedite your request, please include:
  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund. 
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons:
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics, or swimwear).
  • Items purchased on clearance or via gift cards. 
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the item's condition.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
