Our catalog contains both physical hardware items and digital software licenses. These are delivered through completely distinct channels:

  • Processing Time: Instant automated delivery.
  • Delivery Method: Your digital software license keys and activation credentials will be transmitted securely directly to the email address provided at checkout within 5 to 15 minutes of payment verification.
📦 Physical Products & Hardware
Our physical shipments are processed under strict transit timelines:
  • Order Cutoff Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) SAST (South African Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality screening, packaging, and sorting.
  • Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. Shipping Costs & Rates
We believe in full cost transparency. We charge flat-rate shipping with zero hidden fees or unexpected charges at checkout:
  • Standard Secure Shipping (All Physical Products): Fixed flat rate of R99.00 (ZAR) per order across all regions.
  • Digital Email Delivery (All Software Licenses): Always R0.00 (Free).

3. Order Tracking
Every physical shipment includes a tracking number:
  • Once your package has been sorted and dispatched by our logistics partners, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link will be sent to your inbox.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier network to update the initial tracking status scan online.

4. Shipping Scope & Destination Restrictions
  • Physical Items: We currently only offer physical hardware shipping destinations within the Republic of South Africa. We cannot ship physical tech items to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO).
  • Digital Software Items: Digital software license activations are available Globally (Worldwide) via electronic mail delivery.

5. Order Fulfillment Disclosures & Partners
To bring you the latest cutting-edge electronics efficiently, Digital Fresh utilizes secure, trusted global manufacturing and third-party logistics fulfillment centers.
  • Your physical orders are securely packed and dispatched from international hubs directly to your South African delivery address.
  • All customs clearance tasks, import documentation, and duties are handled completely by our backend logistics network. The price you see at our checkout is the final price you pay. You will never be hit with unexpected import tax bills upon delivery.

6. Lost, Misdelivered, or Damaged Shipments
  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives physically broken or crushed by the courier, contact us at onetimer15@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the box, and we will dispatch a replacement at no extra charge.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package tracking history stops updating for more than 5 consecutive business days past the maximum estimated delivery window, please reach out to our team immediately so we can open an official investigation with the carrier network and resolve the issue.
