To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original, undamaged retail packaging . You will also need to provide the receipt, invoice, or valid proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a trackable return shipping label, as well as clear instructions on how and where to send your package [^1]. Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will be rejected [^1].
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
In complete compliance with Google Merchant Center consumer clarity mandates, our fee structure is transparently declared as follows [^2]:
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Transit Errors): If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or incorrect, Digital Fresh covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label at R0.00 cost to you.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you request a return because you changed your mind, no longer need the item, or ordered the incorrect size/model, the customer is responsible for actual return shipping costs back to our Johannesburg facility.
- Restocking Fees: Digital Fresh charges R0.00 (Zero) restocking fees across our entire catalog collection.
4. Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us at onetimer15@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can instantly evaluate the issue, cross-reference our warehouse records, and make it right
5. Strict Non-Returnable Items & Software Exceptions
Per Google policy guidelines, specific product variations are strictly exempt from standard return windows [^2]:
- Digital Products & Software Licenses: Digital software keys and subscription access assets (including our 3-Month and 12-Month Adobe Creative Cloud Pro activations) cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once the digital license string has been generated and transmitted to your email address.
- Physical Exclusions: We do not accept returns on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized tech items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, or grant refunds, for any discounted sale items or digital gift card credits.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following our standard return path [^1]. Once the physical inspection is complete and the return is accepted, you may execute a completely separate, new purchase for the alternative item
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the physical merchandise is being shipped directly into an destination within the European Union, the consumer possesses a legal right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must match all structural conditions outlined in Section 1 (original packing, unused, with proof of purchase)
8. Refunds Processing & Clear Timelines

- Bank Delays: Please note that banking institutions and credit card vendors often require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post and settle refund credits to your active balance statement.
